I studied my bachelor’s degree in graphic communication design at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, campus Xochimilco and earned my Master’s degree in Sciences and Arts for Design from the same university. I’m currently studying my PhD in Art Education at the University of Victoria in Canada.

I’ve lived half of my life in Mexico City and the other half in the Baja California region. For the past 8 years I have worked as a professor of graphic design at CETYS University in Ensenada and Tijuana. I currently teach in Uvic as a sessional professor.

I’m very passionate about my work and I love using it to help others. My pro bono work includes clients like the animal protection society, the school for leading dogs for the blind and many local animal shelters.
